"159 By El Patio is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. But what truly made my experience exceptional was Gabriella, our waitress. She was amazing—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her food recommendations were spot on! I ordered the spicy chicken empanada taco, and it was bursting with flavor. The chicharrón pollo cantina with rice and beans was simply awesome—crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. And let’s not even talk about the passion fruit margarita… absolutely phenomenal! If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a fantastic dining experience, 159 By El Patio is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"The Empanadas Tacos- chicken or cheese are delicious. My new favs are the chicharron chicken or rotisserie chicken with white rice. Add the pink and green sauce and I'm in heaven. I seriously cannot get enough of this place. The atmosphere is clean and aesthetically appealing. The service is great! Everytime! Casual dining so no excuses. Go and thank me later!"

"DONT come here if you want to eat the best Dominican food you’ve ever eaten in NYC ! Jokes aside, I could not recommend El Patio enough to everyone I know. Not only is the food amazing but the people running it are too. El Patio is for the community, I had their food truck come to an event I threw and they showed up and showed out. Everyone loved their food and they worked incredibly hard. 10/10, will always highly recommend."

"Visited this spot twice so far and twice I’m dumbfounded how simple yet delicious the food is. I first visited the food truck years ago. The restaurant did not disappoint. I’ve had the empanada tacos which are big fat and juicy and I’ve had the chicaron de pollo with tostones. The tostones are the best tostones I’ve had in a really long time and I recently spent a month in the Dominican Republic. I’ve had the passion fruit mojito and it is tasty and will get you right! In my experience the food is fire. The atmosphere is super casual and welcoming. Definitely recommend"

"Delicious food. I ordered takeout for my first time so I can’t speak to the service but the ambiance and atmosphere looked really nice too. I had the empanada tacos with pernil and one with spicy chicken and they were soooo tender and flavorful. I had the chicharon meal and it was so good and filling. Highly recommend!!!!"
